Texas Holdem Poker – Cyberspace Type Card Sites In Live Gambling Dens – Like Wagering onTexas Hold em Online

Have you viewed the new PokerPro hold’em poker tables? The first time I saw the PokerPro tables was about 2 weeks back when I took a quick vacation with my parents to the WinStar Casino in Oklahoma.

As I waited for my turn to be called at the live tables, I observed how the other men and women at the PokerPro tables relate with one another. It was fairly interesting to say the least. Because the poker table was computer driven, there have been no clay poker chips to do any chip hints, no cards to shuffle and the actual live experience was stagnant. Maybe I was the only one that noticed this, but I did notice the players in the table had a lifeless high quality to them. The cause of this may possibly be because there was no human conversation with the dealer, the environment was relatively dull and the gamblers looked bored stiff. It was almost as if I was seeing a live variant of a web based hold’em poker room instead of sitting with warm bodied humans. It was a tiny bit bizarre and I kept flashing back to an episode of Star trek and the holodeck malfunctioned.

Since the waiting time for the are living tables for more than an hour, I made a decision to see how the casino game action was and to experience this new texas hold em poker gaming technology. Right after betting a few hands, I definitely felt like I was playing at house. The lack of activity in the table was the main reason. I prefer to stack and shuffle my chips, and mix my cards around. None of those things are possible at these computer tables.

Another thing I observed was how the program dealt the flop, turn and river cards. I played a good deal of hands on the PokerPro table and discovered that the wager on was a great deal like an internet hold’em poker website. That could have been just a coincidence, except I found it to become extremely odd.

After playing a couple of rounds with this "new texas hold’em poker technology", I made a decision that the PokerPro tables were not for me. I’m better off playing hold em poker on the internet at house and not travel the distance. If WinStar Betting house were to get rid of the reside poker tables, I think they’d shed a good deal of gamblers.
